Step-by-Step Drawing Guide
Step 1: Draw the Phone Body

Start with a tall rounded rectangle in the center of the page for the phone body. Keep the corners soft and the left and right sides balanced.
Step 2: Draw the Left Big Eye

In the upper half of the phone, slightly to the left, draw a large round eye. Inside it, add a curved thick highlight shape and a small dot to make it look shiny.
Step 3: Draw the Right Big Eye

On the right side at the same height, draw a second eye that matches the first in size. Add the curved highlight and tiny dot inside, with a slight variation so the face feels lively.
Step 4: Add a Small Smiling Mouth

Centered below the eyes, draw a short curved line like a tiny “U.” Let the ends taper softly so the smile feels gentle.
Step 5: Add a Little Antenna and Tip

At the top-right edge of the phone, add a short curved line that sticks out like a tiny antenna. Draw a small circle at the tip, then add a smaller circle nearby to make it feel playful.
Step 6: Add Blush Marks

On each side of the mouth, just below the eyes, draw two or three short tilted strokes for blush. Let the little lines fan outward slightly to make the face feel friendly.
Step 7: Color in your drawing!

Fun Facts
- Early mobile phones were much heavier than phones today.
- Many phones use cameras and sensors to help with focus and brightness.
- Cartoon faces are often made cute by using big eyes and a small mouth.
Pin it now, Draw later!

You now have a cute cartoon phone with big eyes, a gentle smile, and blush cheeks. If you want to add color, try a light gray or pastel body, then shade one side a little darker for depth. You can also add tiny white highlights in the eyes to make them look extra shiny.
A common beginner mistake is placing the eyes too close to the edge, so leave a little space around them. Keep practicing how to draw a cartoon phone step by step, and try drawing a few phones with different expressions next.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make the phone look more “3D”?
Add a thin shadow line along one side and lightly shade the opposite edge. Keep the shading soft and smooth.
What if my eyes do not match?
That is normal in drawing for beginners. Compare the sizes, adjust the smaller one, and redraw the circle slowly.
Can I turn this into a phone character?
Yes. Add small arms, legs, or a speech bubble, and try different mouth shapes for new emotions.
