Step-by-Step Drawing Guide
Step 1: Shape the Floating Body

Draw a tall, rounded arch for the ghost’s head and sides. Join the bottom with gentle waves, adding two short upward folds.
Pro Tip: Leave plenty of room inside the outline for the face.
Step 2: Add the Left Arm

Extend a curved loop outward from the body’s left side. Bring its rounded tip back toward the outline slightly lower down.
Pro Tip: Keep this arm shorter than the height of the body.
Step 3: Curve the Right Arm

Draw an open, slanted U inside the body’s right side. Let its upper end reach higher than its lower end.
Pro Tip: Leave a small gap between this arm and the outer edge.
Step 4: Draw the First Eye

Place a tall oval near the upper left of the face. Add an inner curve and two small round highlights inside.
Pro Tip: Keep the highlight circles separate so both remain visible.
Step 5: Draw the Second Eye

Add another tall oval to the right of the first eye. Include its inner curve and two round highlights, facing the first eye.
Pro Tip: Compare the eye heights before adding the small interior shapes.
Step 6: Add a Gentle Smile

Draw a short upward-curving smile beneath the two eyes. Center it in the gap between them to finish the friendly expression.
Pro Tip: Keep the mouth much smaller than either eye.
Step 7: Color in your drawing!
