Step-by-Step Drawing Guide
Step 1: Start the Left Blades

Draw two connected grass blades leaning toward the left. Make the upper blade taller, leaving the lower outline open.
Pro Tip: Let each blade taper where its two curves meet.
Step 2: Add the Tall Center Blades

Draw a tall blade rising behind the first pair. Add another blade beside it, leaning gently toward the right.
Pro Tip: Make the central blade the highest point of the clump.
Step 3: Extend a Right Blade

Draw another curved blade on the right side of the clump. Bring its outer edge downward while leaving room for one smaller blade.
Pro Tip: Angle this blade farther outward than the central blades.
Step 4: Close the Grass Clump

Add a short outward-leaning blade along the far right side. Continue downward and join both sides with a shallow curved base.
Pro Tip: Keep the base broad enough to support all six blades.
Step 5: Draw the First Eye

Add a small upright oval near the lower left center. Place a small rounded highlight inside its upper area.
Pro Tip: Leave space beside this eye for the rest of the face.
Step 6: Finish the Smiling Face

Add a matching eye on the right with its own small highlight. Draw a short upward-curving mouth between and below the eyes.
Pro Tip: Keep the smile small so the blades remain the main feature.
Step 7: Color in your drawing!

Fun Facts
