Step-by-Step Drawing Guide
Step 1: Draw the Top Hat
Draw a tall top hat with a softly curved crown and slightly sloping sides. Add a wide, double-line brim beneath it.

Step 2: Add the Head and Face
Draw a round head tucked behind the hat brim. Add two oval eyes, a pointed carrot nose with short texture marks, and five dots forming a smile.

Step 3: Wrap the Scarf
